February 29, 2004 Today seems really special to some of you. Nothing interesting for me, just a typical taft sunday - work, movies, work. Anyway, congratulations to Kassy's new cousin! (boy or girl?)
Spring is indeed around the corner. Weather is fine around the 50s. Suddenly remembered Dido's lyrics:

February 16, 2004 As most of you probably know Sony debuted the new W1, which is said to be a simplified version of V1. It looks really interesting to me, consider the fact that it has features from V1, T1 and somehow even the P series. It inherited the V1's button alignment and its viewfinder; T1's 2.5" screen and its rectangular flashlight; and somehow P series' ring/handgrip. One good news (yes, good news) is that it doesn't come with V1's signiture features - the night shot modes and hotshoe. Anyway, looks like a pretty sleek machine.

Got one more letter from nyu today. 4 total competing against Derek's 12. Valentine's Day tomorrow. Alone again; naturally.

Pete (my roommate): I got into college! Me: What? Pete: Some college accepted me. Look at this letter. Me: What college is that? Pete: "Saint Mary Rose"? Me: Never heard of that. Pete: I just checked it, it's actually a good college. Me: I have got three of those letters, more than you. Pete: Oh well..
In fact, I really got three. Only three while some got 9. The best one I received is probably from the university of chicago. Pretty much based on our psat result I think. Anyway, 3 isn't 'too' bad right?
February 9, 2004 My dad called a few days ago and asked if I would like to go with him the the Germany Cebit 2004 in March during spring break. What a dilemma. I thought I could stay the whole 17 days in hk with friends.
Anyway, feeling exhausted after longweekend. Still have act 1 to finish in othello and history term paper bibliography due soon. Sigh..
February 8, 2004 Finally played some tennis yesterday morning. Met three 'varsity players' and matched intensely.
Somehow feel guilty having not work for days. Hmm..
February 6, 2004 So long weekend finally started yesterday. Russell drove us to a Japanese restaurant (no idea where it is cause I slept through the drive). Food was okay. Really, just okay. Came back really late after some coffee in starbucks. Slept over in jeff's room..and found out that the ski trip, which was supposedly today, is canceled due to 'unexpected awful weather'. That's it. A boring day at school again. Probably some tennis later. Cheers.
February 3, 2004 Thank god. No quater grades for those who are doing 'okay'. Meanwhile, just leart that our yearbok costs $85. I could easily buy ten lasallians in that price.

Wilson and I was heading for squash while we suddenly caught sight of a heart-shaped frozen pond. We looked at each other with awe, wearing an expression most people reserve for fireworks. It was pure fascinating.
