At home, but different

I've always been home during Christmas holidays, but this year I feel more involved. It was always "Eugene, let's go!" or "Come eat dinner!" but this year I helped prepare and cook. It feels great.
And to those who are in HK, Beijing, LA, Canada, Africa etc etc, let me just say this: Merry Christmas.
Home sweet home

It feels nice to be at home, to be around family. My trip back was rather eventful (or hectic) - I narrowly got on my flight. Why? Well, firstly I woke up late for an hour. I was much too tired I guess..and sleeping <10 hours in 2 days is perhaps a poor idea. Then, having just 30 mins to board (which could be ample if not crowded), the line at Airtran counters were packed. Excellent. The reason for this unexpected crowdedness likely due to Airtran charging $15 per checked baggage, even the first one. This means charging customers at the counter, which takes alot of time.
Btw I discovered two variations of the same song - one in Korean, one in Chinese. Which's better? Well, I may be biased, but I strictly prefer A-lin's voice..

Everything comes to an end. At this moment, I feel released from work, my mind exceptionally empty (so is 902).

The correct technique

As a considerate person, consider the following technique of entering someone's room when the door is closed:
Step 1) Knock on the door gently for a few times
Step 2) Wait for a response; if there is no response, come back later, unless special instructions were given or in case of emergency
Step 3) If permission is granted, open the door and enter the room, remembering that you're could still be disturbing someone who might have felt obliged to let you in.
